1. Services
We offer tarot, clairvoyant and intuitive guidance sessions, online or in person. Sessions are conversations of reflection and perspective. They are provided for personal insight and entertainment.
2. No professional advice
Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Decisions you take following a reading remain entirely your own.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session or submit an enquiry.
4. Bookings, prices and payment
Prices are shown at the time of booking and include applicable VAT where relevant. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent written confirmation.
5. Cancellations and the EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin the service within that period and it is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been delivered — you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
Otherwise, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
6. Conduct during sessions
Sessions are held in mutual respect. We may end a session without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, or where a person appears to be in crisis and requires urgent professional or emergency support instead.
7. Confidentiality
What is said in a reading stays between us, save where disclosure is required by law. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, illustrations and design on this site belong to Psychic Rosasheri and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
